At thebandbee, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:
- Return Window: You can return items within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Item Condition: Items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused.
- In their original packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear, swimwear, and earrings are not eligible for return.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@thebandbee.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
- Refund Eligibility: Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please follow the same steps as the return process. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us at support@thebandbee.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
